UAB "Vanagas Asset Management" is an investment holding company that belongs to the Vanagas Group corporate group, which manages well-known brands in the Lithuanian market, such as Citus, Demus, Oxygen, and others.

Vanagas Asset Management aims to raise up to EUR 8 million through bond issuance, with the first tranche amounting to EUR 3 million.

Investors are offered 10% interest. The bond maturity is 2 years and 6 months.

This bond issuance is secured by a pledge of shares of Vanagas Asset Management’s subsidiary companies with an LTV ratio of 0.5. In addition, all current and future receivables of the Company under agreements with Vanagas Group are pledged in favor of investors.
